My name is Gabe Fletcher, I operate Ceramic Pro Pottstown aka Total Detailing Auto Surface Protection. We are a 7 Figure Shop that only offers ceramic coating, paint protection film and window tint.
My journey started early – building my first website at 11. I sold my first website a few years later. From that moment on I’ve been “on the grind with website design” (new album, lol) and I’ve had a chance to see every version of the internet. Working in IT and Tech my whole life.
I ultimately entered detailing and then built my shop into what my shop is today.
We scaled quickly, becoming one of the fastest-growing Ceramic Pro locations nationally. Not through industry standard approaches. Through systems I developed merging technical marketing knowledge with real shop operations.
This success revealed something fascinating: most shops struggle with growth not because they lack skill, but because they lack proven systems.
